Receive Cosmic Energy from the Universe

Step 1:

Sit upright with a straight spine.

Relax your body.

Close your eyes.

Keep your neck straight.

Close your lips.

Your tongue should touch the upper palate.


Step 2:

Breathe slowly but deeply.

Concentrate your attention on the navel.



Step 3:

Watch the tremor felt at the navel because of the breathing.

Note :

Make no attempt to control your breathing.

Let flow completely naturally.

Be as attentive as possible.

Result:

The breath diminishes and leads to the meditative state.

You’ll receive more cosmic energy.

This calms the mind and stills thoughts.

From this emptiness you ultimately go inside.
